Luckily, it didn't come into full swing until after I picked up my Nintendo Switch pre-order. As a software engineer, I love the idea that with the right hardware and software combination, my day-to-day can improve and become easier more rapidly than ever before.

A problem that my team has been running into on-and-off since working with ASP.NET Core is having a local install of our node toolchain fighting with Visual Studio's built-in version of node. Luckily, my coworker discovered the source of the issue (thanks, Pete!).
